  6. cProfessional job: skill work at government and non-government sectors, and mothers get regular monthly salary; Non-professional job: unskilled works, including non-skilled self-employments, and mothers get mostly daily wage
  7. dIncome is based on the Sri Lankan rupees (LKR)
  8. eHousehold assets were used to obtain the wealth index based on principal component analysis (PCA) [20]
